Caitlin’s practice experience includes Ashtanga, Kundalini, Vinyasa and Hatha forms of yoga as well as Meditation.
In her classes, Caitlin focuses on awareness and alignment while connecting breath with movement in order to open the body and find stillness. Caitlin believes deeply in yoga’s ability to heal the body, mind and spirit and is passionate about sharing the practice with anyone and everyone.
